Sales associate, Angela Cash represented the landlord in the lease of two retail units located in the Georgetown Shopping Center in West Columbia, SC. The first unit will house Adecco Staffing. The lease was signed for five years and they will be open on April 1st 2024. In the second unit there will be a Hispanic bakery serving snacks, treats, baked goods, frozen treats, fruit bowls, etc. That lease will also be five years. Opening date not yet scheduled.
