Sales Associate, Angela Cash represented the buyer in the purchase of the 5,780 SF flex space. The event venue was purchased by Jonathan Ortiz, owner of Eight Sixty Station LLC, for $449,000. Ortiz plans to turn the previous Blue Moon Ballroom into a thriving event space.
